One of the first hires into the enterprise business, owning the technical relationship with enterprise accounts across APAC and SEA.

• Owned end-to-end enterprise onboarding and solution engineering across roughly 25 accounts in APAC and SEA, delivering integrations with Firebase, Dynatrace, Okta, OHS and IIS.
• Acted as single point of contact for enterprise customers: led around 35 technical workshops training over 1,500 engineers, resolved P0 escalations, and architected 40+ reusable solution patterns covering SLA compliance, uptime and performance.
• Drove platform adoption by defining success metrics with clients, then running architecture reviews, usage tracking, training sessions and demos. Time to value dropped by roughly 85%.
• Channelled customer feedback into the product: proposed and delivered around 120 feature requests that shaped roadmap priorities.
• Partnered with sales on pre-sales technical calls and 150+ proofs of concept, demonstrating feasibility and matching platform capability to customer requirements to close enterprise deals worth multiple millions.
• Mentored incoming success engineers and wrote the training materials and playbooks for enterprise digital transformation, helping scale the customer success team by 75%.
• Contributed directly to the codebase: feature work, bug fixes, wiki, knowledge hub and training materials for the core platform, for Dreamflow (an agentic app builder) and for the design tooling.

Front line for a retail user base of roughly 2.8 million, before moving into the enterprise team.

• Provided technical support and troubleshooting for around 2.8 million retail users, resolving roughly 75 high-complexity issues per week while holding customer satisfaction above 90%.
• Partnered with product and engineering to triage and escalate 200+ bugs, cutting average resolution time by about 12 hours through faster ticket triaging.
• Authored and updated around 20 knowledge base articles and documentation, reducing repeat support requests.
• Onboarded new retail and team customers with video walkthroughs and demos, cutting ticket volume by improving self-service adoption.

Led engineering at a Chennai app studio, made its cross-platform technology bet, and shipped client work across three continents.

• Set the studio’s technical direction, standardising on a single cross-platform stack and shipping 15+ production applications across web and mobile targets.
• Collaborated with clients in the United States, South Africa, Singapore and five other countries to scope and deliver tailored solutions.
• Owned engineering end to end for production apps: architecture, feature delivery, CI/CD and testing across iOS, Android and web.
• Integrated third-party systems including Twilio, OneSignal, RevenueCat and Stripe, driving increased revenue and customer engagement.

First industry role: crypto tooling and social sentiment pipelines.

• Tested a cryptocurrency marketplace playground with the Qrypto team, validating features and functionality.
• Developed an NLP bot in Node.js and Python Flask to fetch and categorise crypto-related data from social media.
• Built a data pipeline analysing Reddit and Twitter to track user sentiment and identify alt-coin market trends.

Where it started: client web work while still an undergraduate.

• Built 20+ web apps, websites and landing pages for clients around India, mostly in Tamil Nadu.
• Collaborated with Qrypto.in, a startup in the crypto space, on a gamified cryptocurrency trading platform, building a price ticker with the CCXT library.
